Adam Molina Appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Lombard Odier Investment Managers

Lombard Odier Investment Managers (LOIM), the asset management branch of Lombard Odier, has announced the appointment of Adam Molina as its new Chief Operating Officer.

Molina steps into this role following the recent promotion of his predecessor, Alexandre Meyer, to managing partner of Lombard Odier Group.

In his capacity as COO, Molina will be responsible for a range of critical areas, including trading, IT and operations, fund services, and legal and compliance, along with client servicing and finance. He will be based in London and will take a seat on LOIM’s executive committee, reporting directly to Jean-Pascal Porcherot, the head of LOIM and managing partner of the Lombard Odier Group.

Molina brings with him a wealth of experience, having spent 23 years in the industry. He joined Lombard Odier in 2007, playing a pivotal role in reestablishing its New York office and launching the 1798 Alternatives business. With the inception of LOIM in 2009, he assumed the position of head of product development in London. Over the years, his responsibilities have expanded to include aspects of business strategy and insights.

Porcherot highlighted the significance of internal talent development and mobility within LOIM, praising Molina's deep alignment with the firm's core values and his comprehensive expertise. He noted that Molina's 'one team' spirit would be instrumental in driving LOIM's strategic growth plans.
