Hubbis is delighted to announce we will be hosting the HUBBIS INDIA WEALTH MANAGEMENT FORUM on Wednesday 28th August 2024 – 9.00am to 5.00pm

The event will feature the half-day-plus format we introduced with great success in 2022 to deliver the most efficient and engaging presentations, workshops, panel discussions and networking, beginning at 9.00am and ending at 2.00pm after lunch (for those that would like to stay).

Very simply, the event will explore the unfolding trends within India's flourishing private wealth sector, highlighting the modernisation of wealth and legacy planning, the trajectory of insurance solutions, and the role of digital innovation in augmenting advisory services. Expert dialogues will encapsulate the challenges and opportunities inherent in catering to a multi-generational clientele, the collaborative dynamics between wealth managers and insurance professionals, and the strategic approaches towards ensuring a successful intergenerational wealth transfer, all against the backdrop of India's economic and technological advancement.

These are some of the key topics that will be covered in the Summit:

  • Crafting enduring value for clients contemplating their legacy in a modern world.
  • A 2024 perspective on the Opportunities and Challenges to be found in India's Wealth Management Industry.
  • Tracking the trajectory and role of insurance solutions for India’s HNWIs.
  • How Indian wealth management professionals can effectively collaborate with insurers, brokers, and private client experts to curate more holistic client solutions.
  • What is the role of innovative digital tools in a modern wealth manager's arsenal.
  • What are the key strategies to consider for successfully pursuing intergenerational wealth transfer and legacy planning?
  • How are wealth management firms in India tailoring their strategies to meet the needs of multi-generational clientele and their families?

Summary

Setting the Scene for the 2024 Hubbis India Wealth Management Forum

At the upcoming Wealth Management Forum, experts will discuss India's 2023 milestones and lessons, and build upon this framework to explore the opportunities and challenges experience in 2024. India, experiencing robust economic growth, sees a burgeoning private wealth sector, from the affluent to the ultra-rich. The forum will spotlight essential developments, challenges, and innovations in the wealth market through panels and presentations.

2023 underscored India's resilient wealth market, marked by diversified investments, improved advisory services, and strategic estate planning. Economic growth spread beyond major cities, with the tech sector and foreign investments flourishing. The private markets, notably tech-driven, draw both local and global investors. A shift in client interests is evident, from tech-oriented youth to legacy-focused elders.

Challenges include a talent shortage, yet efforts are underway to enhance training and instil professionalism. Digitalisation becomes pivotal to address the diverse clientele in populous India. Hubbis will gather domain experts to explore the wealth market's future trajectory and potential.

These are some of the key topics that will be covered in the event:
