In the role of COO, he plays a crucial role in steering Azimut's growth and overall success, offering vital support to the board and the CEO. His duties encompass devising impactful business strategies, spearheading digital initiatives, elevating Azimut's brand value, and overseeing all aspects of business operations. Under his guidance, the company has achieved impressive milestones, doubling its revenue and staff strength while also earning recognition as the best EAM (External Asset Manager) in Asia (2023). Furthermore, he has established the marketing function from inception. Within the lean yet talented marketing team, we've led the firm to success in multiple award campaigns and achieved a remarkable 200% increase in our digital presence and engagement rate. In his capacity as the CTO, Jackson leads the way in FinTech, digital transformation, and cybersecurity initiatives and strategies. He pioneered the creation of the technology function from the ground up, fundamentally reshaping the organization's approach to work. Alongside his exceptional team, they've fully digitalized conventional finance, marketing, and human resources operations, all the while implementing resilient cybersecurity measures to handle and counteract cyber threats. In the FinTech domain, Jackson is presently deeply involved in a range of projects encompassing WealthTech, blockchain, tokenization, and digital assets. He is also actively engaged in discussions on thought leadership concerning artificial intelligence.
