Bhushan brings 20 years of leadership and intrapreneurship experience as CTO, CPO and CDO working at the intersection of Tech. and Finance in both B2B and B2C segments, helping Global Investment, Private Banks, FinTech firms across Europe, Asia, UAE and India re-imagine their Business models through Digital platforms and Tech-led transformations. After driving marquee programs in re-engineering legacy into an agile front-to-back trading, risk management and analytics stack, he has recently been instrumental in partnering with Boards, shape digital business models + tech. strategy, build world-class teams, run firm-wide tech shops, build products 0 to 1x and scale from 1 to 100x in a fast-paced and continuously changing markets leveraging mobile, cloud, API, AI and data science.

David Wilson leads Accenture’s Asia Wealth Management practice, working with the senior leadership teams of the region’s wealth management firms to enable business growth and improve organizational enablement and efficiency. Previously, David was a team lead within UOB’s Group Strategy & Transformation function leading key Board- and Executive Committee-level strategy and digital transformation programs. Prior to UOB he spent over a decade in consulting and wealth management with Capgemini, Merrill Lynch, and UBS.

Jackson serves as both the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Azimut Investment Management Singapore. In the role of COO, he plays a crucial role in steering Azimut's growth and overall success, offering vital support to the board and the CEO. His duties encompass devising impactful business strategies, spearheading digital initiatives, elevating Azimut's brand value, and overseeing all aspects of business operations. Under his guidance, the company has achieved impressive milestones, doubling its revenue and staff strength while also earning recognition as the best EAM (External Asset Manager) in Asia (2023). Furthermore, he has established the marketing function from inception. Within the lean yet talented marketing team, we've led the firm to success in multiple award campaigns and achieved a remarkable 200% increase in our digital presence and engagement rate. In his capacity as the CTO, Jackson leads the way in FinTech, digital transformation, and cybersecurity initiatives and strategies. He pioneered the creation of the technology function from the ground up, fundamentally reshaping the organization's approach to work. Alongside his exceptional team, they've fully digitalized conventional finance, marketing, and human resources operations, all the while implementing resilient cybersecurity measures to handle and counteract cyber threats. In the FinTech domain, Jackson is presently deeply involved in a range of projects encompassing WealthTech, blockchain, tokenization, and digital assets. He is also actively engaged in discussions on thought leadership concerning artificial intelligence.

Avishek Nandy is a member of the Bain’s Financial Services, Organization and Strategy practices.

Avishek has more than 15 years of consulting experience working across the financial services sphere, specializing in retail banking and wealth management.

Avishek plays a leadership role in APAC on Wealth and Asset Management, as well as Sustainability & Responsibility in Financial Services.

He focuses on full potential transformations, with a client portfolio that encompasses many of Southeast Asia’s largest financial services entities.

Prior to joining Bain in 2011, Avishek worked for another top consulting firm.

He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Nanyang Technological University.

Jitendra Tekchandani (Jeet) is Executive Director, Customer Science and Segment at DBS bank. He is responsible for driving and scaling business growth by delivering data led hyper-personalized journeys for customer and employee. Jeet is leading DBS’s effort to extend its Intelligent Banking capabilities to its frontline staff comprising relationship managers and financial advisors through the launch of DBS Client Connect. Prior to that Jeet was leading Ecosystem, Open Banking and Digital Partnerships at DBS and Citibank.
