I don't think that the best advisors who have really deep and meaningful conversations with their clients and who are seen as true partners of those clients are likely to be under threat of replacement by artificial intelligence, robots, or anything else any time soon. But those advisors who simply act as order takers who are transactional bankers rather than true holistic wealth planners, then if they're not already under threat, they soon will be when clients and younger generation clients realize and experience that they can do what they currently do with bankers, but with no human contact and it's more reliable, it's faster, and it's cheaper.
