The interest in life insurance as a wealth planning tool to facilitate the transfer of wealth from one generation to the next continues to be one of the top solutions. I think the simplicity of the product, which is understandable by clients, understandable by regulators and understandable by advisors, is one of the key ingredients. Clients want to have instruments which allow a transfer in a simple manner. They don't want to have the transfer being too conditional, maybe too many interferences; they want to have it documented in a wise way. Insurance allows you exactly that.
