Julius Baer Strengthens Commitment and Growth in Singapore through One@Changi City Relocation

Julius Baer (the “Bank”) is excited to announce the opening of its new office at One@Changi City, a state-of-the-art facility encompassing over 75,000 square ft across two levels.

This significant move not only reflects the Bank’s commitment to providing a cutting-edge, sustainable, and collaborative work environment but also solidifies the Bank’s long-term commitment to Singapore and its thriving financial landscape.

The unique facility accommodates close to 700 employees from the Bank’s COO, Finance, HR, and Audit teams, which are relocating from the existing office in Mapletree Business City into an expanded, 40% larger space. The One@Changi City office functions as a hub for collaboration and innovation, catering to future business expansion and the growth of the Bank’s operations and technology departments in Singapore. It serves as an important hub for the Bank’s operations in Asia and provides crucial support for its front office colleagues at the Bank’s Marina One office, and across the region.

The One@Changi City office takes inspiration from Singapore and its world-renowned reputation as a Garden City. Inspired by the many inviting urban and natural parks, the office design brings the outside in to promote mental well-being and a sense of tranquillity. To ignite creativity, the office space comprises uniquely themed areas that encourage fresh and innovative thinking, and foster collaboration through enhanced engagement, comfort and openness. The Bank’s employees played an integral role in designing the office environment, embodying its commitment to creating a workspace that seamlessly integrates with their needs, enhancing overall satisfaction.
