Kitti Sutthiatthasil currently leads new strategic initiatives development of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. He supervises the implementation of various projects which are aimed at transforming capital market infrastructures to serve the future demand and streamline processes, including the Payment for Capital Market System, Mutual Fund Distribution Platform, and National Digital ID. In addition, he also serves as a personal assistant to analyze various strategic matters and propose recommendations to the President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Previously, Kitti supervised strategy development and execution of organization-wide strategic initiatives. He had served in a number of strategic and operational roles since joining the Stock Exchange of Thailand. With over 10 years of experience in the capital market, he has worked on a variety of assignments, including organizational strategy development, Thailand’s capital market development master plan and the establishment of Thailand Futures Exchange. In regard to public service, he is currently a member of digital strategy committee of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand. Previously, he had been appointed by Thailand’s National Reform Steering Assembly and National Legislative Assembly to serve on a committee for financial technology development as well as an assistant to Vice Minister for Finance. Kitti holds M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University, USA under the sponsorship of Fulbright Foundation and the Stock Exchange of Thailand. He received his B.S. in Computer Science (first class honors) and was awarded H.M. King Bhumibhol Adulydej Award for the highest academic achievement in computer science from Thammasat University, Thailand.
