Prior to founding advances, Dominick was Group Head of Partnership Distribution Learning & Development at AIA, covering 15 markets across Asia. Previous roles in the region include Bancassurance Optimisation Lead for Allianz in Indonesia, Head of Financial Consultancy at Cigna in Hong Kong and Regional Head of Distribution Learning & Development for Prudential Corporation Asia. He also founded and successfully grew his own Financial Advisory firm in England.
