Formerly a Senior international corporate crime and regulation lawyer. He focused on domestic and international investigations, fraud, corporate and financial crime, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, disciplinary proceedings and regulation. Gerallt has advised on high profile cross-border investigations and proceedings brought by the Serious Fraud Office, DBEIS, HM Revenue & Customs , the CPS, HSE, Trading Standards departments, CMA, Financial Conduct Authority, Prudential Regulation Authority, FRC, Lloyds of London and various professional and sporting disciplinary bodies. Gerallt also advised corporations and financial institutions in respect of regulatory and compliance issues including bespoke training and implementation of global policies and procedures. He has been an intervention agent for the Solicitors' Regulation Authority and is a member of the Disciplinary Panel of The Academy of Experts. Admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 1995 and in the British Virgin Islands in 2012.
