Profile:
Mr. Wu is a founding partner of Triumph Capital and partner of Triumph Australia Fund. Prior to joining Triumph, he worked for a well-known state-owned bank and a fund management company as a member of investment and management team. He was also the founder and director of SOGO and HARCOURTS, which offers retailing and real estate services respectively. Mr. Wu founded Shanghai Triumph Capital in 2004, is experienced in the corporate investment, financing, merging and acquisition field. He successfully invested more than a dozen IT companies by initiating and managing PE and VC funds; he was also nominated as directors of these companies for value-added management.
Mr. Wu holds Australian financial services license with more than ten years experiences in standardized management of global financial products. He achieved his bachelor degree in Financial Accounting from Xi’an University of Technology, MBA and EMBA from SJTU-KEDGE Business School, and also further study in the Wharton School.
