Donald has extensive financial services experience in Australia and Asia in senior management and has held regulatory licenses in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Donald held various positions that involves financial advisory, investment portfolio construction and management, banking and finance and insurance. One of his career highlights has been helping an financial advisory business grow from 110 to 350 advisers, and where the company’s funds under advice grew from SG$0 to over SG$1 billion from 2002 to 2008.
Donald also has proven information technology experience in instigating the development of the N-Link Financial Planning and Investment Portfolio management software that is now used in Australia in 2002. In addition, Donald also initiated and built the mortgage automation process for an Australian bank (1995-1997) and converted the bank’s lending system from a manual process into an electronic format. The success of this mortgage assessment system helped the bank develop its growth in the growing Australian mortgage broking market in the 90s.
