Carol joined Old Mutual Global Investors in Nov 2013 and she has worked in the Asian investment management industry for 20 years. Having joined BNP Investment Partners (at that time known as ABN AMRO Asset Management) as Head of Investment Fund Services in 1998, Carol was responsible for developing and executing business strategies including distribution, marketing, product and client servicing for Asia. Carol was appointed as the Head of Distribution, Hong Kong, China and South East Asia in 2011. Carol started her career at HSBC and then joined Jardine Fleming Unit Trusts Limited (now known as JP Morgan Asset Management) in Hong Kong. She was an Executive Committee member of the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association from 2009-2013 and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1997.
