Alison has been working in the industry since 1987. She is responsible for formulating strategic sales plans and leading the local sales team to drive business growth in Hong Kong and China. Prior to joining HSBC in July 2015, Alison worked at Manulife Financial as the Regional Head of Business Development, Asia Wealth Management based in Hong Kong and more recently Head of Wealth Management in Singapore. She has in-depth Asian Wealth Management experience having been based in the Region for more than 14 years, working in both investment and insurance roles for companies such as ANZ Banking Group and Deutsche Asset Management Asia. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australasia, and an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
