Evrard Bordier is chief executive officer of Bordier & Cie, Singapore. He has been managing partner of Bordier & Cie Group since 2011, and president of the board of Bordier Bank (TCI) since 2000. Prior to his current role in Singapore, he served as managing director of Bordier International in London for 10 years. Evrard has been in the financial industry for more than 20 years, during which he has garnered extensive international experience holding diverse positions in Singapore, Hong Kong, Geneva, Zurich, and London. Between 1997 and 2000, he served as chief of staff for the Financial Planning and Wealth Management Business Division of UBS in Zurich, overseeing all of its asset management business units across the world. Prior to that, he was a client adviser in the private banking department of Swiss Bank Corporation in Singapore where he covered the markets of Indonesia and Taiwan. He first moved to Asia in 1994 and joined Nomura International in Hong Kong as a broker. Evrard began his professional career as a lawyer at Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva, specialising in the banking and finance practice. Evrard is a direct descendant and fifth generation of the bank’s founding family. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Turks and Caicos Islands Bankers Association, the Financial Industry Association, and the Swiss Financial Planner Organisation.

Rainer Michael Preiss is a German national and an investment advisor based in Singapore. He has over 25 years of experience in global private banking and multi-family office business across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Michael was previously the Chief Equity Strategist at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) where he was one of seven voting members on the Global Investment Council which decided on SCB’s global investment policy. He is also a prolific and renown contributor to the financial media world where he is a columnist for Forbes and is frequently featured on Bloomberg, CNA and CNBC. Michael’s passion and commitment to emerging markets has earned him significant recognition as a board director for a prominent index fund based in Sri Lanka, as well as a distinguished visiting lecturer of Finance in Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Mongolian universities. With his dedication to deepening international relations and fostering investment opportunities in emerging markets, Michael was one of the key founding members of the Kazakhstan-Singapore Business Council. Michael is a graduate of the European Business school, having studied at the centres in London, Paris and Bologna. Michael, in addition to being fluent in Japanese, studied intensive Mandarin Chinese at Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU), as well as Yonsei University Korean Language Program in Seoul, South Korea.

Pramoth Rajendran is currently the Country Head of Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) for HSBC Vietnam leading this ever-expanding segment of HSBC’s business as Vietnam’s middle class and mass affluent segment continues to grow alongside the country’s dynamic and fast-changing economy. Pramoth has over 15 years of financial services industry experience. Joining HSBC Australia in 2014, he led the secured risk function and since then he also had extensive global roles in retail banking with HSBC Hong Kong. Prior to joining HSBC, Pramoth spent many years working in the Australian financial services industry and has a wealth of experience in strategy, product, risk management, sales and transformation. Pramoth holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.

Jacky Poh is the Deputy Managing Partner for Henley & Partners Singapore and is a member of the Investment Migration Council. Jacky specializes in residence- and citizenship-by-investment planning services for high-net-worth (HNW) private clients. He holds an MBA from the University of Manchester and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, specializing in ergonomics and with a minor in entrepreneurship. For the past decade, Jacky has managed HNW client assets in both local and foreign private banks in Asia. With his experience as a wealth management practitioner, he relates well to HNW individuals and is able to address clients’ concerns with the most appropriate solution. Jacky is proficient in both English and Mandarin.

Zac has experience in all areas of international private client law including cross border tax, trust, estate, family, divorce and succession laws. Zac also has extensive experience advising in relation business family and family office governance and succession planning, and international private client regulatory laws, including the Common Reporting Standard, Mandatory Disclosure Rules, Economic Substance Rules and Beneficial Ownership Registers.

David Varley is Chief High Net Worth Officer at Sun Life Financial in Hong Kong. He specializes in HNW and Ultra HNW Planning and Insurance Structuring solutions for clients and families in Asia. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with an Honors in Management, and a thesis in Innovation – from Melbourne University. Previously he was Head of HNW for Asia for AXA, and Head of International Business for Aviva.
