As Head of Client Value Management with Mashreq Private Banking, Navin is responsible for managing value proposition for Private Banking, developing corridor business in GCC, leading EAM & Intermediaries desk, Business Planning and Sales Governance. He ensures that our clients receive the best value proposition not only in this region but globally, and continuously strives to enable frontline with adequate tools to deliver the best client experience. He is an accomplished professional with 20 years of experience within GCC and India. He has undertaken different roles including Branch Banking, Quality & Training, Business Finance, Financial Controller and Analytics roles across leading organizations such as ABN Amro, Bank Muscat, ICICI and Unilever India, besides his 8 years in Mashreq. He has been instrumental in leading many projects including implementation of Core banking, Wealth Solutions, 5S & Six Sigma, SOX controls, Balanced Scorecard, VAT Implementation, Agile workstreams, Digitizing RM sales management tool, Automation, Change Management, BCP, Strategic growth and Brand positioning. He holds finance degrees from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
