Profile:
Harle joined FNZ in February 2016 and is responsible for all facets of FNZ’s local operations in Hong Kong ranging from overall business leadership, business development, client relationship management, local office management and Hong Kong regulatory engagement. With over 15 years based in Hong Kong and more than 25 years working across Asia, Harle has developed an in-depth knowledge of Asian markets including the complexities involved in running a business across such a diverse geographical landscape. In this time, he's worked with a large number of local and international Financial Institutions across the Insurance, Fund Management, Pension, SWF and Alternatives industry developing a deep understand of business drivers and operational requirements in these industries. Prior to joining FNZ, Harle had a 13 year career at Citi spanning a number of senior Leadership positions within Citi’s Transactional Banking Division. During this period he had regional responsibilities for the FI business across all major AsiaPacmarkets including Australia, Korea, Japan and India. Prior to this, Harle worked at State Street in Australia and held a number of senior roles across the finance industry in Sydney and London. Harle studied in Canberra, Australia and now resides permanently in Hong Kong with his wife and 3 small children.
