Vinod has had a 30 year long journey from inheriting and managing his own family businesses, through multi-dimensional management consultancy assignments while employed with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and working with family owned businesses, orchestrating exit strategies, advising ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families on inheritance, setting up family offices for wealth management and successfully managing a well-diversified investment mandate with hundreds of millions of dollars of assets under management.
He holds a postgraduate degree in Management from the University of Bombay and has attended executive management program by Harvard Business School. Vinod is a member Society for Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and The Family Firm Institute (FFI), two professional organizations focusing on wealth preservation.
At Arch Corporation, he advises Family Offices and high-net-worth entrepreneurs on wealth management and business continuity strategies through asset allocation, manager-selection and their implications on family wealth preservation. He also chairs an informal not-for-profit Family Alliance.
