Leadership Transition at Avaloq: Thomas Beck Retires, Martin Greweldinger Announced as Sole CEO

Thomas Beck, co-CEO of the Zurich-based banking software company Avaloq, is retiring.

He has been with the company since 2012, during which time he held various senior management roles and was crucial in shaping the firm's strategy, international growth, and innovation efforts. Beck, who became co-CEO in April 2021, is stepping down from Avaloq's group executive board.

Martin Greweldinger will now serve as the sole group CEO of Avaloq. Bringing over two decades of experience in global financial and consulting sectors, Greweldinger joined Avaloq in 2019 and was appointed co-CEO with Beck in 2021. Beck will continue to support Greweldinger in a senior advisory role during the transition period.
