Yulius Ardi is Wealth Management Head at Bank Danamon Indonesia. He is responsible for managing wealth products, wealth infrastructure, advisory service, and process simplification. He is also one of the stream leaders in branch transformation project to enable and leverage branches as gateway to advisory services. Yulius joined Bank Danamon in 2019. During his tenure, he leads Wealth Management in tripling both number of customers and AUM growth; and collaborates to launch Wealth digital platform. Prior joining Bank Danamon, Yulius worked at Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia for 9 years with 2 last positions as Managed Investment Product Head and Bancassurance Head. He was responsible for managing investment and bancassurance products, enrolling digital initiatives for both wealth online channel and branch order management system, and leading SCB Indonesia in signing bancassurance partnership with Prudential Indonesia. Previous to his work at Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia, Yulius also spent 6 years with Citibank Indonesia Yulius earned an MBA in Business Leadership from Institute Technology of Bandung (ITB), a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Indonesia (UI), and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) from Financial Planning Standard Board (FPSB) Indonesia.

Ivan Kusuma is the Head of Investment & Insurance DANA Indonesia, has been working in DANA more than 8 months. He has more than 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management industry. Currently he leads all of the projects related to investments, digital strategy, and business strategy to servers 130+ million of users. Previously, he worked at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia in 2019-2022 as Investment Business Head, in 2015-2016 worked at Citi as Investment Product Head. He earned a Bachelor degree from University of Indonesia majoring in Economics-Accounting.

Scott Moore is Managing Director and Head of the Indonesia and Philippines offices at Henley & Partners. Scott has extensive experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals and their families concerning residence and citizenship planning. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and has attended the National University of Singapore.

Ian Horsburgh is Country Head of Indonesia at Henley & Partners. With a background in wealth management, Ian who is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) has extensive experience dealing with high-net-worth profiles providing advice on global residence and citizenship planning.

Mark Büsser is the founder and chairman of IMTF. He studied aeronautical engineering at ETH (Federal Institute of Technology, Switzerland) and holds an MBA from IMD. He started his career in Management Consulting, led and transformed a large machine tool company into an integrated provider of hard- and software solutions before founding IMTF, which he successfully developed and managed for over 36 years to become the market leader in the fight against financial crime. The IMTF Regtech platform “Siron” provides modular Anti-financial Crime, Compliance and Client Lifecycle Management solutions to more than 1’000 banks in over 60 countries.

Andrew Hendry is Head of Distribution, Asia at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, his primary focus is to maintain, grow and diversify the distribution business across Asia (excluding Japan and Australia). Prior to joining the firm, he was head of distribution Asia Pacific at Aberdeen Standard Investments from 2018. He was a managing director at Westoun Advisors from 2016 and head of Asia Pacific, managing director with M&G Investments from 2011. Andrew began his career at The Capital Group Companies in 1998, most recently as director of Global business development from 2002. Andrew received his MA degree in Economics and French from St Andrews University and an MBA from INSEAD. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 24 years of financial industry experience

Samdarshi Sumit is President Director and CEO of PT PFI Mega Life Insurance , Indonesia. PFI Mega Life insurance is a Joint Venture between Prudential Financial of the US and CT Corpora , one of the leading conglomerate groups in Indonesia with ventures in Banking , Finance , Retail and Media among others. Prior to his current role , he was the MD of Generali Insurance in Thailand and Chief Retail Officer of Generali Life Insurance in Thailand. Samdarshi has had a wide experience of leadership roles across Retail Financial services with Life insurance, General Insurance and Banking. He has lived and worked in India ,Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia. Samdarshi is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore and spent his early corporate years at HDFC Bank ,the largest bank in India by market cap. He also pursues interests in Yoga and is a triathlete having completed his first Ironman 70.3 in 2019.

Mr. Putra is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Investment. He is a member of the firm's Executive and Investment Committee. Prior to establishing Pinnacle, he was a Managing Partner and investment manager at Ares Capital, a quantitative hedge fund and advisory firm based in Jakarta. Previously, Mr. Putra worked for Blackrock in New York, where he was responsible for providing strategic advice to institutional clients on portfolio/investment strategies, analytics, and risk management across various asset classes. He started his investment career as an analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. Served as Commissioner since December 2013 and on March 2015, he was appointed as Director at PT Trimegah Asset Management. He has 18 years of experience in fund management. Started his career as Corporate Bond Quantitative Analyst at J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., New York, USA (1998 - 2000), Asian Macro/Equity Analyst at J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management Inc., Singapore (2000 - 2002), Asian Macro Analyst/Trader at PMA Investment Advisor Ltd., Hong Kong (2002 - 2003). Joined Fullerton Fund Management/ Temasek Holdings, Singapore (2003 - 2013) with the latest position as Senior Portfolio Manager. Earned BSc (Summa cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering, and M.Eng in Engineering Management from Cornell University, New York, USA. He holds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certificate and Fund Manager License No. KEP-125/PM.211/WMI/2014 in 18 September 2014 officiated by OJK.
