James is responsible for the overall operation and performance of Equiom Hong Kong and ensuring that business performance is in line with group strategy. He oversees a team of specialists focused on the delivery of services including private trust, company set up, tax, legal compliance, accounting and immigration. As a member of the Equiom (Asia) Board, James contributes towards Equiom's strategic and tactical corporate development. James has almost 20 years’ experience in the industry with a deep understanding of private and corporate client matters. Prior to joining Equiom, James worked in senior roles within international companies serving clients across the Isle of Man, Cyprus and Hong Kong. His experience includes successful IPOs of Asian businesses listed on AIM, extensive experience of commercial property structuring in Europe for worldwide investors, and working with international law firms to build innovative trust and foundation structures for Asian families. James graduated from the University of Wales in 2001. He is a qualified Chartered Secretary, and a member of the Securities and Investments Institute.
