Company overview:

Haitong International Securities Group Limited (HTI) is an international financial institution with established presence in Hong Kong and rapidly expanding network across the globe. Haitong International Asset Management (HTIAM)* is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HTI and provides investment management services on diversified and comprehensive investment products including actively and passively managed funds, discretionary accounts and MPFs with average of over HKD61.0 billion** of assets under management as of 30 June 2021.

HTI is committed to implementing ESG strategies. It is rated “A” grade by MSCI ESG Rating, which is the highest ranking among all Chinese Securities Firms. In October 2020, HTIAM issued the first ESG-themed A Share ETF in Hong Kong - Haitong MSCI China A Share ESG ETF. In September 2021, HTIAM and UK ETF provider, Tabula, co-launched the world’s first ESG focused Asia ex-Japan high yield corporate USD bond ETF, aiming to deliver enhanced liquidity with ESG considerations. As part of HTI’s long term strategy, HTI will continue to promote ESG investing.
