Stephenson Harwood has appointed Kevin Lee as a Partner at its Hong Kong office to strengthen its private wealth practice, a statement from the law firm said.
Lee will cover a wide range of services including private wealth advisory, trusts, tax, philanthropy, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, general business law, private equity and cross-border transactions.

Voon Keat Lai, Stephenson Harwood's Greater China Managing Partner said: "As a dual-qualified lawyer – in Hong Kong and Canada – Kevin's arrival enhances the depth of our global private wealth practice to encompass Canadian aspects as well as Hong Kong tax advice."
"Many of our clients have strong connections with the UK, the US and Canada and many people in Hong Kong and mainland China have Canadian citizenship," said Ian Devereux, Partner and Head of the firm's private wealth team in Greater China. "Having a lawyer of Kevin's quality – seen by many as the premier Canadian tax and private wealth advisor in Hong Kong – enables us to broaden the support we can provide to our clients."
Lee follows Erik Wallace and Laurence Ho, who joined the firm's Hong Kong office in 2016 and 2017 respectively also partners in the private wealth practice.
