New "Sun Gateway" prestige client service center blends one-stop services and ESG-inspired design to deliver experience excellence

Sun Life Hong Kong has announced the grand opening of Sun Gateway prestige client service center, offering high-end clients professional insurance consultancy and one-stop financial products and services.

To better serve high-end clients and facilitate the business development in the Greater Bay Area, Sun Gateway prestige client service center (“Sun Gateway” or “The Center”) focuses on catering to our clients’ evolving needs on wealth management and protection in different life stages. A dedicated team of onsite financial advisors and client service representatives provide clients with all-round support including rapid identity verification, policy inquiries, underwriting, payment and claim settlement that can fully satisfy their needs.

Spanning an area of 23,000 sq. ft., Sun Gateway is located in The Gateway at Tsim Sha Tsui, a prime location with easy access to multiple large-scale shopping malls and public transportation. With high-speed rail, it takes only 30 minutes to travel from Shenzhen to Sun Gateway, providing optimal convenience to our clients. In addition, The Center features a variety of meeting rooms, multi-functional spaces and a recreational area, with a panoramic view of Victoria Harbor, all designed to provide our prestige clients with an extraordinary experience. 

Sun Gateway aims to create a comfortable, sophisticated and open environment for clients. To amplify Sun Life Financial’s focus in sustainability and align with the pledge of achieving zero carbon emissions by 2050, Sun Life Hong Kong has incorporated ESG elements into the design of Sun Gateway, including the use of low formaldehyde and environmentally friendly materials, energy-saving sensors and devices, and real plants. The sustainable integration of The Center creates a a peaceful, cozy and relaxing space in the midst of the city.

Sun Life Hong Kong has always been pioneering sustainable development in the industry. As the Company is strongly committed to fulfil its corporate social responsibility, it strives to educate the next generation about sustainability and environment protection. Therefore, the Company plans to collaborate with non-profit or charitable organizations in the future to host educational seminars at Sun Gateway that promote the adoption of ESG principles, giving back to society and creating long-term value.

Inspired by the Company’s origins, Sun Gateway adopts the theme of Canadian maple leaves in its interior design, symbolizing the longstanding 131-year history of the Sun Life Hong Kong brand. This includes a world map installation comprised of maple leaf shapes and a history wall display showing different company milestones across the generations, while recognizing the Company’s footprints in helping worldwide clients to create a brighter life.
