Deutsche names new country head for HK

Lok Yim will succeed Peter Lo, who is retiring.

Lok Yim is the new Chief Country Officer for Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong, the Frankfurt-based announced late last week. 

Yim, who is currently the Head of Wealth Management for the APAC region at the bank, will succeed Peter Lo in the position. Lo is retiring after a 15-year stint with the bank.

In his new role, Yim will continue to handle his wealth management responsibility, but will also be in charge of all of the bank's other businesses in Hong Kong.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Yim joined Deutsche in 2007 and has been Head of Wealth Management for the APAC region since October 2016.

Yim will now report to Werner Steinmüller, the bank's Chief Executive Officer for the Asia Pacific region.

He will also continue reporting to Fabrizio Campelli, Global Head of Wealth Management at the German bank.
