Allfunds announces appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Allfunds, a world-leading WealthTech and fund distribution provider, has announced the appointment of Amaury Dauge as Chief Financial Officer.

Based in Madrid, Dauge will be part of the Allfunds Executive Committee and report directly to CEO Juan Alcaraz, the firm said in a press release.

Dauge joins Allfunds from Qontigo where he recently served as CFO & COO, and prior to that he was President & CFO of Axioma. Previously, he was Group Chief Financial Officer at Euronext where he led the financial and legal carve-out of the Company from NYSE Euronext and its subsequent IPO.

During his 20-year career, in which he has worked in Dubai, Luxembourg, Paris and most recently New York, Dauge has gained extensive experience in transformation projects in capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, post-merger integrations and performance optimisation delivering shareholder value.
