Regina Jacinto-Barrientos received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1995, where she graduated in the top 15 of her class. She also completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management with honors from the same university in 1991 and was a member of the student editorial board of the Ateneo Law Journal. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1996. Her fields of expertise include Corporate and Commercial Law, Energy, and Special Projects. She is a certified fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
