Ivan was born in Semarang, 27 September 1976. He currently serves as Head of Wealth Management & Premier Banking in Commonwealth Bank Indonesia. In his capacity, Ivan is responsible to provide wealth management services by developing investments, bancassurance products and foreign exchange for retail bank clients in high-end affluent, affluent, and emerging affluent segments. In addition, his responsibilities also include digitizing customer experience by providing digital financial solutions for customers, developing Premier Banking value propositions to grow the number of high-end affluent and affluent clients. Ivan and his team contribute earn 2 (two) MURI awards in 2019, i.e.: the first bank that provide a comprehensive digital wealth managemen solution through CommBank SmartWealth app, and the first app in Indonesia that provides robo-advisory service for wealth management clients. Prior to joining Commonwealth Bank, Ivan was a Senior Vice President, Head of Wealth Management in Citibank Indonesia and also held various posts in Standard Chartered Bank, and American Express Bank. Ivan played key role in winning the 2019 Rising Star in Wealth Management Bank from The Assets Triple A, The Asian Banker’s Indonesian Best Wealth Management Bank in 2017 & 2018 with Commonwealth Bank and in 2015 with Citibank. He was one of Indonesia Future Business Leaders in 2016 and was selected as Indonesian Young Consumer Banker in 2010 from Indonesia’s SWA business magazine. Ivan holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Parahyangan and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), is married with two children.
