Sudeep is responsible for product vision, strategy & roadmap, client engagement, partnerships, go-to-market strategy, product-market fit, product management, commercialization, and marketing for AsiaNext globally.

Before joining AsiaNext, Sudeep worked with financial institutions for 17 years covering capital markets and wealth management for multinational and regional banks such as Lehman Brothers, Barclays, Credit Suisse, and Bank Of Singapore (OCBC subsidiary) with international experience across Asia, Europe, and Americas. He has held transformation, product, business development, and platform leadership roles in these banks, delivering solutions and innovation in trading, execution, and investment advisory processes. He has strong expertise across all asset classes and functions, including trading operations, risk, product, technology, and COO/CDO office, to meet the needs of institutional, ultra-high, and high-net-worth investors.

Sudeep holds a Master's degree in Financial Economics from EDHEC Business School, France, and a degree in Statistics from University of Delhi, India. When not working on product and digital asset innovations, he enjoys activities like trekking, diving, swimming, tennis and homebrewing.

Hao Yang heads the Options unit at Bybit which provides innovative products and services for crypto lovers - empowering them to trade digital assets at lower cost and risk. Hao’s extensive expertise in options trading and financial engineering stems from a diverse background in financial services. Before joining Bybit in 2021, Hao provided consultancy services for OKEx Options. Prior to that, he worked as a quantitative analyst modeling energy options with exotic pay-off structures at energy firm PZEM, and as a trader at Optiver, he focused on interest rates and index options. Hao began his crypto journey as a miner before building the trading system for a crypto exchange start-up. Hao holds an MSc in Finance, Duisenberg Honors Programme in Quantitative Risk Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Chris has worked in Investment Banking for over 26 years, based in the APAC region while covering clients and markets spread across the globe. Most recently he was Managing Director responsible for APAC futures execution at UBS, based in Singapore and prior to that he ran the institutional equity derivative sales desk at UBS, Lehman Brothers/Nomura and Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney. His product experience ranges across FX and commodities, futures, options, structured products, volatility trading, market access products as well electronic trading of equity and derivative products.

Prof PS Lee serves as the Executive Director of the Energy Studies Institute at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is also the Director of the Singapore Energy Centre (SgEC), the Director of the Centre for Energy Research & Technology (CERT) and the Programme Director of NRF-funded Cooling Energy Science & Technology Singapore (CoolestSG) national consortium. Prof Lee’s research interests include high-efficiency data centre cooling techniques (in particular single and two-phase microchannel cooling), energy-efficient air conditioning and low-grade waste heat recovery. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the Energy Institute (EI) and the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES). Prof Lee is passionate about translating R&D outcomes into innovations & enterprises and have founded CoolestDC Pte Ltd to commercialise his group’s liquid cooling solutions for sustainable tropical data centres.

Phillip Brett is a Director for Institutional Sales, APAC based in Singapore. Prior to Fireblocks, Phillip spent 12 years as a derivatives trader, three of which were managing a crypto trading desk at a market maker. Phillip holds a BA of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

Rajeev works in HSBC Securities Services Digital product in support of the overall digital agenda of HSBC Securities Services. He has been primarily involved in developing the capability to service Digital Assets and is engaged with Clients, Financial Market infrastructure providers to create solutions for custody, issuance and asset servicing for digital assets and tokenizing traditional assets. Rajeev is with HSBC Securities Services since April 2018 and prior to that he spent 10 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in various leadership positions in Global Markets Technology and Securities Operations transformation teams in Asia. He is a business technologist with a keen eye for exploring the effective use of emerging capabilities of technology in Markets & Securities Services. He has worked with Broker Dealers and Securities Services Technology providers for over 22 years (in India, Japan and Singapore) across a range of Innovation, Technology, Data, Change and Service delivery roles. His focus has been on business transformation and he has deep experience in business domain and technology strategy, transformation and cost optimization. He led the technology teams and innovation work streams to drive change led by digital capabilities. Rajeev holds MBA (High Honour’s) from Booth School of Business, University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Engineering from BITS-Pilani in India.

Lasanka Perera is the Chief Executive Officer at Independent Reserve Singapore, which is the first licensed cryptocurrency exchange for all investors. Julian was born and raised in Sydney Australia holding degrees in Real Estate from the UNSW, and Mandarin from BLCU. Sharon Yeo is a Senior Manager of Group Commercial & Supply Chain Sustainability Solutions in PSA International Pte Ltd. In her current role, she leads a team to actively pursue and realize a holistic sustainable supply chain strategy that supports PSA’s long-term global scope 3 carbon emission objectives in collaboration with stakeholders for value chain optimization and climate action collaborations. Besides the supply chain sustainability portfolio, Sharon also works closely with the key global shipping lines to drive and develop strategic relationships and partnership opportunities as part of her commercial development role. Sharon joined PSA as a Management Associate in 2011 and with over a decade experience in the port industry, she held previous roles covering operations, logistics and manpower planning and business strategy and was also previously part of the team for manpower planning for Pasir Panjang Phase 3 & 4 expansion plan.

Thierry Beck is the founder and Group CEO of SingAlliance. Thierry has over 2 decades of experience in private banking, asset management and wealth management. He first started his career in 1993 in the private banking department of Swiss Bank Corporation Geneva before transferring to UBS S.A. after the merger. In June 2004, armed with his extensive experience in managing the wealth of High Net Worth Private individuals as well as Institutional clients, Thierry started his new endeavour as an independent asset manager and held the position of Executive Managing Director at a Swiss-based firm. Vipul is the Global Product Manager for Digital Assets with Standard Chartered Wealth Management business. In addition, he manages wealth product lines of FX and Lending for the Singapore business. Michele spent the first half of his career in and around financial services, as a consultant to large financial institutions at McKinsey & Co., and as a Private Equity investor. He then spent the second part of his career building consumer internet companies, as Managing Director at Rocket Internet and later as Group CEO of ZALORA, where he was responsible for it growing 15x and becoming the undisputed leader in the South East Asian fashion ecommerce market. Michele holds a BA from Bocconi University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Irfan Ahmad is the product lead for State Street Digital in APAC, State Street’s newest division focused on digital assets and technologies, encompassing the setup of a new integrated business and operating model to support clients’ entire digital investment cycle from pre-trade, trade, and post-trade as well as other initiatives designed to enhance the client experience. Irfan joined State Street in EMEA in December 2014, where he worked in the company’s Business Architecture function. Since then, he has worked in strategy, regulatory product development and sales in London and Hong Kong. He is now based in Singapore and leads efforts relating to digital assets in the region. Prior to joining State Street, he worked across Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) technology at Barclays Investment Bank, where he was responsible for their ‘Run the Bank’ project portfolio, service management and business continuity management in EMEA. Aleksey Mironenko is Global Head of Investment Solutions at Leo Wealth, an independent global wealth advisor. Michele is the Co-Founder and CEO of StashAway, the largest digital wealth manager in SEA and MENA. Michele spent the first half of his career in and around financial services, as a consultant to large financial institutions at McKinsey & Co., and as a Private Equity investor. He then spent the second part of his career building consumer internet companies, as Managing Director at Rocket Internet and later as Group CEO of ZALORA, where he was responsible for it growing 15x and becoming the undisputed leader in the South East Asian fashion ecommerce market. Steve Knabl has over 20 years of extensive experience in Alternative Fund Management, Private Wealth Management and Financial Services. He has worked with all major asset classes, including private & public equity, real estate, and cryptocurrency. Having led Swiss-Asia's fund platform for over 15 years, he plays a pivotal role conceptualizing and constructing Swiss-Asia's Fund projects from the ground up. Steve's forward-thinking approach leverages technology to enhance operational efficiency and stay ahead in today’s competitive financial services landscape. Rajeev works in HSBC Securities Services Digital product in support of the overall digital agenda of HSBC Securities Services. He has been primarily involved in developing the capability to service Digital Assets and is engaged with Clients, Financial Market infrastructure providers to create solutions for custody, issuance and asset servicing for digital assets and tokenizing traditional assets. Rajeev is with HSBC Securities Services since April 2018 and prior to that he spent 10 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in various leadership positions in Global Markets Technology and Securities Operations transformation teams in Asia. He is a business technologist with a keen eye for exploring the effective use of emerging capabilities of technology in Markets & Securities Services. He has worked with Broker Dealers and Securities Services Technology providers for over 22 years (in India, Japan and Singapore) across a range of Innovation, Technology, Data, Change and Service delivery roles. His focus has been on business transformation and he has deep experience in business domain and technology strategy, transformation and cost optimization. He led the technology teams and innovation work streams to drive change led by digital capabilities. Rajeev holds MBA (High Honour’s) from Booth School of Business, University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Engineering from BITS-Pilani in India.

Raymond leads SDAX as CEO with over 3 decades of experience across engineering, information systems, cross asset businesses and corporate structured market solutions serving global organisations. In his 20 years at JP Morgan, he pivoted the Global Markets Cross Assets Corporate business and pioneered origination opportunities that led to innovative products and new business streams for the bank. He actively led across different businesses partnering with compliance, legal, operations, and drove digitisation efforts of trading processes with Six Sigma methodologies. Across his leadership roles at JPMorgan and previously General Electric, he has developed and mentored cross-functional teams to achieve significant revenue, productivity and business achievements through shifting economic environments. Raymond has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He was among the senior leader graduates of the Asian Financial Leadership Program in 2018 involving top universities.

Independent director, designated Chairman of the Nomination Committee, providing independent judgement to bear on issues of strategy, policy, performance, accountability, resources and standard of conduct for GT Steel Construction Group Limited, a Singapore based firm listed on the GEM board, Hong Kong. Chief Operations Officer (2013 to 2015) for TAT Petroleum, a distributor of ExxonMobil. Developed the offshore sector for STX Pan Ocean, specializing in semi submersible heavy lift vessels with high profitability.

Prof PS Lee serves as the Executive Director of the Energy Studies Institute at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is also the Director of the Singapore Energy Centre (SgEC), the Director of the Centre for Energy Research & Technology (CERT) and the Programme Director of NRF-funded Cooling Energy Science & Technology Singapore (CoolestSG) national consortium. Prof Lee’s research interests include high-efficiency data centre cooling techniques (in particular single and two-phase microchannel cooling), energy-efficient air conditioning and low-grade waste heat recovery. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the Energy Institute (EI) and the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES). Prof Lee is passionate about translating R&D outcomes into innovations & enterprises and have founded CoolestDC Pte Ltd to commercialise his group’s liquid cooling solutions for sustainable tropical data centres.

Sharon Yeo is a Senior Manager of Group Commercial & Supply Chain Sustainability Solutions in PSA International Pte Ltd. In her current role, she leads a team to actively pursue and realize a holistic sustainable supply chain strategy that supports PSA’s long-term global scope 3 carbon emission objectives in collaboration with stakeholders for value chain optimization and climate action collaborations. Besides the supply chain sustainability portfolio, Sharon also works closely with the key global shipping lines to drive and develop strategic relationships and partnership opportunities as part of her commercial development role. Sharon joined PSA as a Management Associate in 2011 and with over a decade experience in the port industry, she held previous roles covering operations, logistics and manpower planning and business strategy and was also previously part of the team for manpower planning for Pasir Panjang Phase 3 & 4 expansion plan.
