Henrik Andersson is Chief Investment Officer and co-founder of Apollo Capital. Henrik draws upon years of experience from both traditional financial markets and crypto asset markets. On the traditional finance side, Henrik has over 18 years experience in global financial markets, with almost a decade on Wall Street. Henrik has extensive experience across three continents as a quantitative analyst, senior research analyst and in institutional equity sales. Henrik is a CFA charterholder and an Honorary Senior Advisor at the Faculty of Business and Economics, Monash University. On the crypto side, Henrik has been following and investing in crypto markets personally since 2013 and has driven Apollo’s strong performance since inception in 2018.

Nirbhay Handa is the Group Head of Business Development at Henley & Partners and the Managing Director and Head of the firm’s Global South Asia team. He focuses exclusively on advising high-net-worth individuals and their families on residence and citizenship by investment. Nirbhay has been on the forefront of the investment migration industry across Asia and the South Asia subcontinent, advising some of the most respectable and established private banks, family offices, and law firms. His articles, commentary, and overall thought leadership in the investment migration space is often quoted in some of Asia’s leading wealth management forums and publications. He is passionate about developing people and growing high-performance teams. Nirbhay received his formative education at the University of Nottingham and executive education at the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford.

Mr. Yu joined Hywin International as the Head of Securities in February 2022 to lead the company’s corporate finance advisory business and tailored asset management business. Mr. Yu has nearly 20 years of experience in private placement, pre-IPO financing and underwriting Mr Yu previously held senior roles at Valuable Capital, Valuable Asset Management, Macquarie, Sumitomo Mitsui Bank and HSBC, and worked on various US and HK listings, including Hywin Holdings, Netjoy Holdings, Acotec Scientific, Jiayuan Services, etc. In addition, Mr. Yu was involved in the fundraising for various investment funds targeting IPOs in China, Hong Kong and Us with total AUM of Usd300million. Mr. Yu holds a doctorate degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Antai College—University of Manchester Alliance Manchester Business School. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and Financial Risk Manager.

Yea Changwhan comes from Korea, but moved to the States when just four years old, as his father worked then in Los Angeles. He spent his earlier childhood there, before returning to Seoul for high school. He then studied at the prestigious Stanford College in the US, where he majored in Computer Science. After he graduated from Stanford in 2014, he returned to Korea and co-founded Tumblebug, which he says is similar to Kickstarter, a crowdfunding platform, but for Korea, focusing on providing capital from the public for new start-ups. He and his partners sold the company a few years later, and he then had a short stint in venture capital in Korea, focusing on early-stage start-ups. “I then had the idea for Kasa, founded it in 2018 and here we are today. I am not a real estate expert, or a finance person, I am a technology guy, and I see Kasa as a FinTech platform first and foremost,” he explains. Only 32 years old and remarkably busy, he says he is not yet ready to settle down and marry. “This is my fourth year running a start-up company, and it is hard work and pressured. So, I have been spending my spare time hiking and keeping fit. I actually have a lovely mountain right near our house, and am often up and down there, sometimes even with my parents as well.”

Michael is a prominent figure in the financial services industry in Asia. His career in this field began in 1993 when he joined Euromoney Publications as the publisher of the quarterly magazine, International Bond Investor. In 1995, Michael joined Thomson Financial Services (now owned by LSEG) and spearheaded the conception and launch of Finance Asia magazine. During his tenure as Managing Director of Finance Asia, he also initiated the Asian Debt Review, Asian Private Capital Magazine, and the Finance Asia Conference Business. In 1997, he founded FIA Limited, further expanding his contributions to the financial publishing industry.

Born in North Wales, Michael served as the head boy of St David's College Llandudno. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Cardiff University. Beyond his professional endeavours, Michael is a family-oriented individual and is happily married with three children: Reanna, Garett, and Tarryn.
