Profile:

Glen is the Director, and head of DWF Compliance a division of DWF LLP an international UK law firm. He is passionate about compliance and truly believes that compliance is a value-added necessity and not an obstacle to businesses. He specializes in providing Anti money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism compliance, Personal Data Protection compliance and risk (including international tax reporting compliance such as the Common Reporting Standards) solutions to the fiduciary industry, private clients and financial institutions. His previous experience includes being Group Legal, Compliance and Group Data Protection Officer for various organizations. He is the author of articles published in various financial publications and has contributed to the Singapore chapter in “World’s Leading Financial and Trust Centres” (2nd Edition). He has also taken part in various international compliance conferences and seminars. Glen is certified by the Institute of Banking & Finance as an IBF Advance Compliance/Anti Money Laundering practitioner and he specializes in financial compliance. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree with 2nd Class Upper Honours and he was awarded Best AML results by International Compliance Association. He also maintains a link with the legal academia as a guest lecturer for the University of London law programs.
