Vistra enters Indonesia with Global Expandia acquisition

Established in 2014, Global Expandia is a one-stop shop for foreign companies making direct investments into Indonesia.

Vistra has acquired Jakarta-based Global Expandia, a Jakarta-based firm providing market entry and other related services to foreign-owned investors operating in Indonesia, it announced March 13.

The deal would give Vistra a foothold in Indonesia, Southeast Asia's largest economy, for its International Expansion services. 

Established in 2014, Global Expandia is a one-stop shop for foreign companies making direct investments into Indonesia. 

Its team of 17 offers services across company formation, tax compliance, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and work permits. 

Vistra founders Miguel Latorre and Elsye Yaw will join Vistra, with Miguel becoming Managing Director of Vistra’s International Expansion division in Indonesia.

Vistra offers services that span across company formations to trust, fiduciary, private client services, and fund administration. It currently employs over 3,300 employees in 74 offices across 44 jurisdictions.
