Profile:

Vincent Chui is Managing Director and Head of Asia Wealth Management of Morgan Stanley. He is also the Chief Executive of Morgan Stanley Asia International Limited, the Firm’s Hong Kong domiciled bank. Prior to taking up his current role, he headed the Firm’s institutional equity distribution business in Asia including Japan. He sits on Global Equity Operating Committee and Asia Executive Committee. Vincent started his career with the Administrative Service of the Hong Kong Government. He currently serves on advisory committees of Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Securities and Futures Commission and is a member of the Council of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Vincent holds an MBA jointly conferred by Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also holds a BBA (Hons) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and did postgraduate work on public administration at the University of Oxford.
